I am a graduate journalism student at Medill School of Journalism, Northwestern University, Chicago. I am also freelance science journalist/editor at The Munich Eye.

My background is in Mathematical Biology. I obtained a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from New Jersey Institute of Technology. I have worked on interdisciplinary research by applying mathematical models to problems motivated by phenomena in neuroscience.
